If my name sounds familiar to you from your past explorations into a Steel Building, then chances are that you're on to something. I have been in the Metal Building industry since December of 2002, and have been personally responsible for the design and sale, followed by the delivery of well over 1,100 pre-engineered steel buildings, ranging from a 10x15 personal shop, all the way to multi-story super-complexes exceeding 600,000 SQFT. I have further assisted with and contributed to several hundred other building projects within a company that has engineered and sold in excess of 12,000 buildings worldwide. So to make it short and sweet:

I have been around!

 

Nu-Scope Buildings International (NBI) may be the new name on the block, but its existence is the result of hundreds of clients that have encouraged us to branch out and contribute to the industry independently, by means of pure performance, knowledge and extensive experience, eliminating all the marketing and sales gimmicks. This translates to Confidence and Peace of mind for the truly result and quality-oriented clients. 

 

Over these past two decades, we have narrowed the entire process down to two fairly simple Truths: 1) What WORKS, 2) What DOESN'T, period.  We have experienced first hand, approaches in both management and customer service, that range from the Inspirational to the Mind-mindbogglingly shocking, wherein the customers have either been the focal point of the company, or subjects of easily preventable, insulting neglect. All it takes to do it right are basic levels of discipline, honesty, and simple business acumen. These three items are the main reason why only a few companies truly succeed in the long run, while the majority fails and resorts to multiple name changes, as is rampant in the industry.
